Thank you for shopping with Evelyn's Vibrant Evergreen, LLC. 

We strive to provide high-quality plants and excellent customer service. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

1. To be eligible for a return, your plant must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Your return must be initiated within 1 day of receiving your plant.
3. Please contact our customer service team at info@evelynsevergreen.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
4. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the plant back to us. Please pack the plant securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Plants:

1. If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
2. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations:

1. Orders can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order prior to it being shipped out from our facility.
2. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Gift cards
2. Perishable goods
